Whole raspberries, frozen, then covered in a layer of white chocolate and a layer of dark chocolate. You eat them straight from the freezer: a cold, crunchy shell and a tart raspberry inside. The recipe comes from Patagonia, in Argentina; we make it in Gurugram.
How much does it cost?

Keep it frozen, at -18 °C or below. Take it out 20 minutes or more before eating, so the chocolate softens a little and the raspberry stays cold.
